Outstanding Service Provider: This award is given to a direct service provider who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist crime victims. You may make your nomination based on your own personal story or on what you have observed. Briefly describe how this individual has impacted the life of a crime victim.
Criminal Justice: This award is given to a member of the criminal justice system who has exemplified true advocacy on behalf of crime victims.
Distinguished Survivor: This award is given to a crime victim/ survivor or a family member of a victim that has persevered through adversity and tragedy.
Distinguished Humanitarian: This award is given to an individual who has dedicated their life to victim services.
Volunteer of the Year: This award is given to an individual who has committed their time and talent to assisting crime victims.
